87 percent of companies planning online content marketing investment

A new study from CMI and Brandpoint makes it clear that the norm for companies is a shift towards content marketing. There are two important trends going on here.
1. Companies are directly allocating investment dollars to improve their content marketing efforts. It’s not just a few, a high majority of them are doing so.
2. A lot of companies are interested in outsourcing this component of their marketing strategy. They either feel incapable of creating ‘good’ content on their own or simply don’t have enough time to do so.
This creates a great opportunity for content marketers and software companies that make it easy to develop a good content strategy.
