Creating an employee newsletter on a regular basis is often easier said than done. Here’s a quick guide on how you can do this.
You dont need to be using a paid service to create your employee newsletter (dont waste your money) and it doesn’t have to be a painful daunting process either if you do it yourself.
Can creating your employee newsletter be fun? 🙂 Maybe not but here’s how to do it quickly using FlashIssue (sign up here, it’s free):
- Find 5 or so articles you think would be of interest to your employees
- Make them compelling and engaging
- Pick a topic for the newsletter and search for some content
- Blend these articles with “company” content into a newsletter
- Add a personal message and send
- You’re done!
